    • Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Many of our products are individually handmade or customized to your specifications upon order receipt. Production timelines listed on the product pages are estimated averages and may vary depending on material availability or order volume.

    • Customer Input Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all customization details provided at checkout (including but not limited to custom measurements, text, color selections, or personalized imagery) are accurate and spelled correctly. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

    • Pricing and Changes: All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Order Acceptance and Billing

  • Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via our integrated third-party payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.

4. International Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

  • Customs Duties and Import Taxes: When ordering physical products for international delivery, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of [Insert Your Base Country, e.g., the United States] may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country upon arrival. All such additional fees, charges, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

  • Customs Delays and Refusals: International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs processing, regional holidays, or international postal backlogs. If an international package is refused by the customer due to unexpected customs fees or import taxes, and the package is abandoned or destroyed by the shipping carrier, no refund will be issued.

  • Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to our chosen international shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a verified delivery scan by the destination country's local postal service.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Custom Item Policy: All sales of custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final. Because these items are manufactured uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect sizing choices, or buyer's remorse.

  • Cancellation Window: Production begins quickly after an order is placed. You may request a cancellation or modification to a custom order within 1 hour of your purchase. After this window has closed, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your custom product arrives physically damaged, defective, or does not match the specifications requested in your original order receipt, please contact us at info@arvart.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue. If we verify a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will remake and ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

  • International Returns & Remakes: In the rare event that an international custom order arrives defective or damaged, we reserve the right to issue a partial or full store credit refund rather than shipping a physical replacement, depending on international shipping rates and carrier availability to your region. Return shipping for international orders—even for defective items—will not be reimbursed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by us prior to shipment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website—such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of our business or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our business, our directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site, or from the use or inability to use any physical products purchased through the site.
